Alan is the Principal Owner of Data Point Advisory, LLC. DPA offers advisory services to small businesses on a fractional basis. Alan specializes in structuring accounting data to inform and drive operational decision making. His services include financial system architecture and implementation, financial planning & analysis, data visualization and analytics, growth financing, and transaction advisory. Alan began working with RECO in June 2024. Alan holds an MBA from the University of Florida Hough Graduate School of Business. He has experience in Public Accounting, boutique consulting, and private business as a full-time CFO. Alan lives with his wife and 2 children in Punta Gorda, FL where they share a love of outdoor activities, travel, and Florida Gators football.
TAMRIN GRUBB
ACCOUNTING
Tamrin is passionate about doing accounting and has years of education and experience within various industries. She always wanted to be in a position to help new or smaller businesses with their bookkeeping and accounting and started Serious Accounting Services .
Tamrin became part of the RECO team in April 2025. She is a country girl who grew up on a farm developing a strong work ethic. When she’s not behind the desk posting entries, she is either on the golf course or on a ride on her Harley. She also loves her time with her family and play time with her granddaughter.
